Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet budget.
• Lead and supervise staff during assigned shifts by manager's direction.
• Model professional conduct and promote Goodwill's mission and image.
• Ensure donations are processed and prepared for store floor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free back-room and store area.
• Observe safety policies and ensure compliance by Production Associates.
• Be able to perform duties of Production Associates as needed.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts as assigned.
