Job summary

Jack in the Box – Hinesville is seeking a Team Lead to oversee shift operations, supervise crew, ensure food safety and quality, and keep guests satisfied while the restaurant runs smoothly.

You will train new hires, maintain shift checklists, and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in meeting goals. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, and weekends. This role offers growth within Vortex Hospitality Group’s Georgia portfolio and a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays as required).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in the dining room and drive-thru
• Train new employees on proper procedures and performance expectations
• Monitor daily operations, handle shift reports, and assist with cash handling
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture
