Jack in the Box in Hinesville, GA is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate will lead with accountability, drive financial performance, and develop teams while maintaining operational excellence and adherence to brand standards. Must have ServSafe certification and be willing to travel for training and company needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members and managers.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste.
• Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop effective schedules that align staffing levels with business needs and labor budgets.
• Drive sales growth through operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
