Job summary

Jack in the Box – Hinesville, GA is seeking a Team Lead to guide crew members, uphold food safety and quality, and ensure guest satisfaction during shifts. You will train new hires, manage shift checklists, and support Store/Assistant Managers in achieving goals.

The role emphasizes leading by example, delivering fast, friendly service, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment in a busy restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays as required).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.

About the Role:

As a Team Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of our shift operations. You’ll support the management team by leading crew members, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and keeping our guests happy and our restaurant running smoothly.
