Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to run the site when management isn’t on site. You set the standard, know the crew, and own the shift with fast, physical work and a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will greet customers, explain wash packages, manage vehicle flow and safety, and lead the team through opening and closing procedures. This is a hands-on, outdoors role requiring ownership, a strong work ethic, and the ability to coach others to deliver a spotless wash and excellent service

Qualifications

• Ownership and leadership demonstrated; lead by example.
• Prior leadership or team experience preferred.
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: greet customers, explain services, promote memberships, and drive sales while educating on wash packages.
• Operations & Safety: direct vehicle flow, prep vehicles, monitor equipment, enforce safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: open/close procedures, supervise shifts, delegate tasks and handle issues.
• Attention to Detail: inspect vehicles, ensure wash quality, report issues, and seek process improvements.
