Job summary

Swig in Draper, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly, greet customers, and keep the site clean. You’ll wear many hats, train teammates, and ensure high standards while delivering a joyful guest experience.You’ll manage deposits, stock, prep, and to-go orders, uphold safety standards, and foster a welcoming, fast-paced team atmosphere with opportunity for growth and recognition through friendly company-wide competitions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Food handler's permit required or eligible.
• Reliable with regular attendance is essential.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
