Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and upholds Swig’s high standards. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and manage daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Keep dining areas and workspaces spotless and well-maintained.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and special menu items to enhance guest experiences.
