Swig in Cedar City, UT is hiring a Shift Lead to help our store run smoothly and deliver a memorable guest experience. You’ll train teammates, manage deposits, prep, stock, and ensure cleanliness and safety while handling to-go orders with accuracy.

We’re looking for 16+, restaurant experience a plus, strong multitasking, and clear communication. Pay is up to $17/hr (tips included) with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft quality drinks and food following procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
