Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a full-time Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The Shift Supervisor assists the GM/AGM in daily operations and leads a crew during shifts to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and occasional lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities. Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
