Firehouse Subs in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead to support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise team members, and deliver top-notch guest service in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will help manage food quality and safety, operate POS systems, handle cash, and contribute to a greaseless kitchen while pursuing career growth in restaurant management. Flexible schedules (full-time & part-time) are available.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft software & POS systems).
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts.
