Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations in Cave Creek, AZ. You will supervise team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure top-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft software & POS systems).
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).
