Job summary

Firehouse Subs is hiring a Shift Lead to support the General Manager in daily operations, guide team performance, and ensure guests enjoy top-quality dining.

As a Shift Lead, you will supervise and motivate staff during shifts, uphold food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer service while operating POS systems and food prep equipment. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft software & POS systems).
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service - greet every guest with a smile.
