As a Shift Lead, you will lead shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain Firehouse standards, and train team members in a fast-paced environment. This role offers potential career growth toward management within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example and provide clear direction.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with urgency.
• Strong attention to food safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful restaurant shifts from start to finish.
• Provide direction and support to team members.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Assign positions and deploy staff based on needs.
• Monitor speed of service and adjust operations accordingly.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Complete food safety and temperature logs on time.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.
