Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Pendergrass, GA to supervise a team and maximize shift productivity while upholding safety standards. The role offers hourly pay of $20.00 and biweekly shift rotations. Strong preference for 1 year of lead experience and forklift certification.

Responsibilities include scheduling with the On-Site Manager, recruiting, safety compliance, loading/unloading, and maintaining equipment and supplies. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift and operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms in a timely and legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the staging area.
• Check to ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on Industrial power equipment.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$20.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday-Thursday & Thursday-Sunday4:30pm - 2:30am (Biweekly Rotation)

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)

• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, distance vision and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
