Café Lola in Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic direction and sustain high standards of guest experience. You will lead People Management, budgeting, and operations to deliver consistent quality and profitability.

Your role includes hiring, training, and developing Crewmembers and Managers, instilling Café Lola values, and driving growth through coaching, scheduling, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 5+ years in food service, retail, or restaurant management.
• Proficient with MS Office, POS systems; adaptable to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in personal image and professional behavior, staff the restaurant, and manage interviews and hiring decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost trends, and profit & loss; analyze financials and drive improvements.
• Ensure brand standards, training alignment, and guest-focused service; promote a fun yet high-performance culture.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with labor laws and company programs.
