Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, payroll and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and basic repairs as needed.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Identify and onboard new talent for the team.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open/close responsibilities including daily cash handling.
