Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a Shift Lead in Reno to oversee daily restaurant operations under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager. You will drive guest-focused service and food quality, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.

The role requires at least 6 months in restaurant operations, high school diploma or equivalent, and English communication proficiency; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; age requirements may apply to stay compliant with laws.
• Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: English communication, basic math, and POS familiarity are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance and service quality.
• Lead team to deliver guest-focused, high-quality food with compliance to policies.
• Train and develop team for Shift Lead roles; assist Restaurant Manager as needed.
• Interact with guests professionally and resolve issues promptly; escalate when needed.
• Analyze restaurant performance using management tools and identify improvement actions.
