Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a front-line team during fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high vibes and guest experiences throughout service.
• Assist training and coaching of team members daily.
• Assist inventory, cash handling, and store operations with accuracy.
• Jump in where needed—register, grill, line, or prep.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
