Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to help execute restaurant operations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager. You will lead the team to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality, while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

You should have 6+ months of restaurant experience, complete Shift Lead training (ServSafe where required), and communicate effectively in English (Spanish helpful). This role requires reliability and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; age 18+ may apply per state laws.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Shift Lead training classes required; ServSafe certified where applicable.
• English communication is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills needed.
• Access to reliable transportation and able to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and excellent service.
• Lead team to deliver guest service and food quality aligned with brand standards.
• Assist in training internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring and adherence to goals.
• Escalate guest concerns to the Restaurant Manager and resolve issues promptly.
