Walgreens Co. is seeking a store leader responsible for opening/closing the store in management's absence, handling cash and POS duties, and ensuring a ready floor and stock room for daily operations.

The role includes delivering a distinctive customer experience, greeting customers, resolving issues, and coaching team members on service standards while supporting vendor deliveries and inventory management.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers.
• Delivers distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers with products and services; resolve issues for positive experiences.
• Model customer service best practices and ensure proactive service across the team.
• Hold store keys and assist with vendor deliveries; backdoor access as needed.
• Register sales accurately; track scanning errors and price verifications.
• Assist with price changes and signage; ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with maintenance, displays, inventory counts, and stock rotations.
• Support pharmacy operations at out window and ensure regulatory compliance.
