Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, registers transactions, and supports pricing and signage compliance.
