Job summary

Walgreens in Shelburne, Vermont seeks an empowered leader to operate the store in the absence of management, overseeing opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Stores operations support: pricing, displays, inventory counts, and ensuring correct signage and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and basic department management when needed.
