Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee stock/inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Model Communication & Accountability: Relay updates from leadership, monitor task completion, and provide feedback.
