Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude and motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication; ensure compliance.
• Lead shift-change communication and align the team throughout the day.
