Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth shift operations, engage with customers, and support daily tasks. You will lead the team when management isn’t on site and uphold site standards for quality wash service.

You’ll greet customers, explain services and memberships, and promote offerings while directing vehicles through the wash and ensuring safety. Training provided, with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Answer questions about services, wash options, and memberships.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and drive engagement and sales.
• Educate customers on wash packages and services available.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and prepare them for processing.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or issues.
• Follow safety protocols to protect staff and customers.
• Lead the shift in the absence of Site Leader, delegating tasks as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and ensure Sparkle Assurance standards.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.
