Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure smooth shifts, support the team, and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and lead the team when management isn’t on-site to ensure staff and customers are assisted.

Key responsibilities include customer engagement, operations and safety, team leadership, and attention to detail to maintain Sparkle Assurance and high wash quality.

• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles and oversee daily wash operations and safety.
• Lead shift, provide direction, and support the team in absence of leaders.
• Inspect wash quality and ensure Sparkle Assurance standards are met.
• Communicate feedback and help improve shift processes and service quality.
