This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership seriously and holds the team to high standards. Your day is fast and physical; you will greet guests, guide vehicles, monitor equipment, ensure wash quality, and lead the team through opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to train and supervise team members within shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote memberships.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and guide positioning.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain site cleanliness and quality while monitoring equipment.
• Resolve operational issues during shifts and provide guidance as needed.
