Taco Bell in Franklin, MA is looking for a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a strong customer focus. You’ll lead shifts, coach Team Members, ensure food safety and quality, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the management team on business initiatives.

The role offers competitive base pay of $13.00–$23.00 per hour, with incentives and benefits as per company policies, and opportunities to impact guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates and in P&L management.
