Job summary

Burger King Lincoln is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a shift and help drive sales and profitability. You will work under the RGM/AM to supervise Team Members and ensure fast, friendly service.

The role requires 1–2 years in quick service, HS diploma or GED, and availability evenings/weekends/holidays. You will uphold brand standards and operate with a sense of urgency during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work long and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to meet profitability and service goals.
• Direct accurate product prep and prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Coach Team Members to improve performance and guest experience.
• Monitor operations and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of college preferred

1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience

Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
