Qualifications

• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs a shift team to deliver sales and operational results.
• Supervises safe cash handling and inventory control.
• Ensures timely product preparation and delivery within speed guidelines.
• Coaches Team Members to improve performance.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements.
• Upholds brand and operational standards.
