Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and create a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries by opening backdoor and supporting stockroom processes.
• Register and reconcile sales, review pricing and voids, and support display resets.
