Qualifications

• Age: 18+ (Mississippi minimums apply; some states require higher ages).
• High school diploma or GED or 6 months related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customers' requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating cash register and handling cash accurately.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Performing job-related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, providing backup duties including paperwork, problem resolution, and training new employees.
