Job summary

Murphy USA in Marysville, OH is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, and support store operations under the Store Manager.

This role offers daily pay, healthcare, a 401K with company match, PTO, and education assistance. Qualifications include 18+ age, a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), 3+ months cashier experience, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age; age requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customers' requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees
