Murphy USA Inc. is seeking part-time Shift Leads to join our team in a busy Springfield, MO store. You will provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead the team to meet store goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Must be 18+ in most states; 21+ in some states.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fueling transactions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
