Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21 in some states) per state law.
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts and training new employees.
