Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in several other states.
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, daily video review, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts and training new employees.
