Murphy USA, Inc. is hiring part-time Shift Leads in San Antonio, TX. You will provide prompt customer service, handle cashier duties, and assist with store operations while supporting the Store Manager to meet goals.

The role requires 18+ age, a HS diploma or GED (or related experience), and cashier experience; lifting up to 50 lbs and valid driver's license may be needed. Daily pay and growth opportunities are highlighted in benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel/merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead team to exceed performance goals.
• Perform duties as assigned and back up management when needed.
