Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Cocoa, FL to deliver an exceptional car wash experience. You will greet customers, present packages, and guide them through membership options with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will work to exceed guest expectations, participate in opening/closing duties, keep equipment in good condition, and collaborate with the team to reach sales goals. This is a full-time role with base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled; maintain site standards of service.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Assist in overseeing productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
• Seek ways to continuously improve the business.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
