Team Car Wash seeks a friendly, dependable leader to create outstanding customer experiences while supporting daily express car wash operations. This hands-on Team Lead role focuses on customer service and sales, with 90% customer-facing duties and 10% site upkeep.

You will greet customers, help them choose wash packages and memberships, process payments, and support wash operations, all while modeling a positive, active, and team-oriented attitude.
