Arby's is seeking a Shift Lead to help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will guide team members through performance and training initiatives, while delivering exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back.

You will gain experience across restaurant operations, including service, food safety, and cash handling, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the team.

Formación

• 1+ year in foodservice experience
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling

Responsabilidades

• Assist General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shift operations
• Support team through performance and training initiatives
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees while complying with labor laws
