Job summary

Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead a shift, train and coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service while controlling costs and upholding food safety standards.

The role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within a fast-paced environment, with training provided to expand your responsibilities. A Serve Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager on each shift.
• Ensure all aspects of the operation run smoothly, including service and food safety.
• Oversee cost controls and labor compliance during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure adherence to labor laws.
