Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Open back door for vendor deliveries and assist with warehouse/vendor ordering process.
• Register all sales, record scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist in displays, pricing, signage, and store merchandising.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Assist with Outdate program compliance and basic department pricing.
• Assist with store maintenance and housekeeping; request repairs as needed.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management is absent.
• Complete special assignments as requested.
