Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and systems start-ups.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; ensure compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Support with exterior and interior maintenance and general store operations.
