Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store operations associate to help run the floor in the absence of management at a Yauco location. You will open/close the store, perform cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

Engage customers, assist with returns and questions, and help maintain accurate pricing and inventory. Requires at least one year in retail and English fluency; state licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Certification/licensing as required by state law (PTCB or pharmacy license).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready.
• Complete returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
