• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services to resolve issues.
• Maintains store keys to open/close without management when necessary and supports vendor deliveries.
