• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling as needed; manages cash drops and provides change.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store appearance, inventory accuracy, pricing, and compliance with policies.
