Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and model service best practices.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries via backdoor.
