Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required systems start-ups.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing signage according to policy.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and cash handling tasks as requested.
