Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops, refunds, and change as requested; registers transactions and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Coach team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, signage, and display resets; support backroom and stockroom operations.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries; manage basic department maintenance and repairs.
