Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with cash handling and basic store operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to registers.
• Assist with and coach team members on backroom and warehouse/vendor processes.
